How does the Travel Concierge work and what does it cost?
The Travel Concierge plans your whole trip around an event — flights, a hotel near the venue, and night-of logistics — starting from a ticket alert you have already set. It is available on any paid plan as a pay-per-trip add-on: $14.99 per trip, or save with a pack (3 trips for $39, 5 for $59). You only pay when you use it.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No credit card for the free plan. Paid plans require a card to start your 7-day free trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before day 7 and pay nothing.
What is the difference between 10-minute and 5-minute check intervals?
For most events it makes no difference. For high-demand events — sold-out shows, playoff tickets, festivals — prices can drop and sell out within minutes. VIP's 5-minute checks mean you hear about those drops up to 5 minutes faster than Pro subscribers. On the hottest events that can be the difference between getting the deal and missing it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from account settings in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
